ORIHUELA COSTA celebrates the first official San Juan festivities this week. From Friday 21st June until Sunday 30th June, the Comisión de Fiestas Orihuela Costa has organised daytime and evening activities to mark the historic Spanish festival.
The fiesta encompasses music, dance performances, gastronomy, fireworks, competitions, a beach party, and the best entertainment from local musicians and acclaimed DJ's.
Every evening from 19:00 to 01:00 at Zenia Boulevard's car park, visitors will find a stage with live music and talent competitions, a fair and crafts market, a bonfire, and speciality bars serving food and drinks.
Highlights of the Orihuela Costa San Juan Festival include beach water parties and a sandcastle competition, the first Summer Beach Party at Playa de La Glea beach on the evening of Saturday 29th June, and a spectacular finale evening with fireworks.
