We've rounded up the biggest and the best events and parties being organised for All Hallows Eve across the Orihuela Costa, celebrating everything that the haunted and other-worldly night encompasses.

So break out those witch's outfits, evil pumpkin Jack-o'-lanterns, black cat statuettes and broomsticks, and find out what's on locally next week …

The Abbey Tavern Irish Pub and Garden: Halloween

Traditionally, The Abbey Tavern in La Florida produces the most amazing annual Halloween party on the Orihuela Costa.

This year promises to be no different, with a kid's mini disco from 19:30, a haunted house, and live music from Soul Explosion and Mr Hyde from 21:00.

The party takes place on Thursday 31st October. Find more information from their Facebook page.

The Emerald Isle: The Rocky Horror Picture Show

If you were hoping to secure tickets to The Emerald Isle's full production of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on Thursday 31st October you're going to be disappointed.

Fortunately, the La Florida venue is hosting a pre-Halloween show on Tuesday 29th October at 19:30 with the same all-star cast.

Tickets cost €10.00 per person or €15.00 per person including a Halloween-inspired three-course meal. Check availability on The Emerald Isle's Facebook page.

Bushwacka Fancy Dress Party: Michael Jackson´s Thriller

Taking place a little later than some others, Bushwacka's Halloween party doesn't start until 23:00 on Thursday 31st October.

But that's not stopping Cabo Roig´s most prolific nightspot from producing an awe-inspiring event, with more “Spooky Cocktails”, a cash prize for the best fancy dress, music from DJ James Arundel, and a special performance of Michael Jackson's Thriller.

You can find Bushwacka at the southern end of the Cabo Roig strip, or visit their Facebook page.

The Celtic Drop Irish bar: rock music night with Kolted

The Celtic Drop has secured what must be one of the most popular music acts on the Orihuela Costa. Renowned and much loved, Kolted's talented musicians will be performing live on Thursday 31st October.

The show starts at 21:30 with prizes for the best female and male Halloween-themed costumes.

You can find The Celtic Drop at Centro Comercial Flamenca Beach in Playa Flamenca. Visit their Facebook page for more information.

Halloween at The Stray Sod: music from The Cages

Billed as “Our best Halloween party ever”, The Stray Sod certainly have a great deal to live up to.

But with a special menu, kids face-painting and games, prizes for the best-themed outfit, and music from local music legends, The Cages; we're sure it will be an event worth attending.

La Zenia Boulevard: a whole weekend of Halloween fun

Seemingly discontent with a single night of scariness, visitors to Zenia Boulevard shopping centre will be hosting an entire long weekend of Halloween fun.

The four-day event starts on Thursday 31st October with a screening of Pixar´s 2017 American 3D computer-animated fantasy film “Coco”.

On Friday 1st November visitors to the Boulevard will be able to enjoy face-painting and take part in the “Day of the Dead” game.

The game continues on Saturday, with a “Halloween Musical” and a children´s mask-making workshop. The festivities culminate on Sunday 3rd November with a spectacular and colourful Halloween parade through the winding streets and plazas of the Costa Blanca's favourite shopping mall.
